Ordering Tickets or Exhibitors Paying for their stand with Us.

 

All ordering of tickets is done via Paypal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We do not keep any records of your card details and we deliver the tickets to the address you provide on paypal. The tickets will be posted to you a minimum of one week before the Festival as long as you have booked in advance of that date. If you book your tickets within 7 days of the Festival, the tickets will be available for collection at the Advance sales entrance of the Festival. The last day to purhcase tickets in advance is June 12th, 2012.

The total cost of your ticket is the price plus delivery. By entering card details onto paypal you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Payments

Ticket payments

Payment for all tickets is at point of sale and not at point of despatch. Payments for tickets must be made using Paypal via the website.

Stand Payments

Stand payments can only be paid for using our virtual terminal. Payments can only be made through our virtual terminal by selected exhibitors whose details we hold on file. No other payments can be made via the virtual terminal. Payments to the virtual terminal are made over the phone.

The total cost of your stand is the price plus booking fee. By entering card details onto paypal you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or missed deadlines.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom (PO box numbers and hotels are not acceptable) and possess a valid credit or debit card.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.

Delivery Charges UK mainland delivery costs are in the ticket and booking fee.

Contract Cancellation

Tickets

If you change your mind you’re entitled to cancel, provided you do so before you receive your tickets. You’ll be given a full refund, which includes the initial postage charge.

Stands

Stand payments are made in advance of the show. Full payment must be made at least 56 days before the show begins. Full Terms & Conditions of stand booking have been sent to you and copies are available via the organisers.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct. We can't be held responsible for any delivery problems that may arise due to incorrect address details.

 

Returns and Refunds of tickets

 

If you change your mind you’re entitled to cancel, provided you do so before you receive your tickets. You’ll be given a full refund, which includes the initial postage charge.

Terms & Conditions of becoming a Friend.

 

When you become a friend you do so for one year and includes one weekend ticket  to The Contemporary Craft Festival that falls in that year. You will also be given an invitation to the VIP Preview on the Thursday Evening (invite admits 2).

You will be issued with a membership card and you can use this to gain 15% off any food and drinks purchases made at Bovey Castle as a non-resident. This discount applies for the Friend only.

Your membership also gives you 50% discount to your first annual subscription to BBC Homes & Antiques. Your promotional code will be issued when you join.

Your Friends membership lasts for one year. We will send you a reminder when your membership is due to expire.

Friends membership fees are made via Paypal. We do not keep any records of your card details and we deliver weekend ticket, preview ticket and membership card in advance of the show to the address you provide on paypal. The tickets will be posted to you a minimum of one week for the Fair as long as you have joined in advance of that date. If you join within 7 days of the Fair, the tickets will be available for collection at the Advance sales entrance of the Fair or at the preview. The last day to purchase Friends membership in advance is June 1st, 2012.

Privacy Policy


The Contemporary Craft Festival is a UK based website, working in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

We do not store credit card details and we do not keep any records of your card details.

We collect data about you when you join our mailing list or contact us. We may share your contact details with our carefully selected partners if you have given us permission. You’ll always be able to unsubscribe from any mailing list. We take your personal privacy very seriously and will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you unless approved by you or unless we are required to do so by law.

 

When you contact us you’ll be asked if you would like your details to be added to our mailing list. We run this as an ‘opt-in’ rather than ‘opt-out’ system as we respect your privacy. If you opt to join our mailing list we’ll only use your details for the purposes if telling you our news, special offers from our partners and information about the event. You can unsubscribe at any time.

 

We provide links to other sites that may not have the same strict privacy policy as ours and cannot accept responsibility for other sites once you have left The Contemporary Craft Festival.

 

We will of course take all reasonable care, in so far as it’s in our power to do so, to keep your personal details secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing our website.
